Reading Response Pages

Ok, so you know the learning target, you teach it, you have the kids try it during large group, read to someone, and read to self. So what about an artifact? Or something they can use to retell stories to their partners, or parents. So here is what I created. I took what I found here http://aplacecalledkindergarten.blogspot.com/search/label/reading, and added the learning target so the student, teacher, and parent knows what the goal of this lesson was.

Let me know how you use these, or how you have students document their learning and thinking. Marisa
